Back in December there was a series of three excellent programs on the BBC focusing on Whitchurch Hospital and the good work that goes on.Unfortunately the full programs areĀ unavailable on BBC iPlayer now but there are seven clips, see links below:

Does anyone know where the photo of the pathology lab came from?
I can”t help with the identity of the path. lab. (before my time) but two of the photographs of nursing staff show some of my colleagues.
I remember – in the Prize giving photograph:
Matron Rowena Rees – 2nd left, middle row.
Sister Tutor Mary O’Shaughnessy – middle front row.
Staff Nurse Jean Williams (nee Evans) far right, front row.
The dance photograph shows Male Nurse Vaughan Williams, 2nd left while Jean sits in the middle.
Other faces are very familiar, but, alas, old age gallops on, and names are unclear.
Happy memories, too, of our concerts, but the faces are too blurred for identification. Maybe Jean could help with these?
Jean and I are pictured in an earlier post on our visit to Whitchurch last year.
Dear Eve
Thank you so much for your helpful comments, great to put names to the faces in the photos
Regards
