Rule 295.
No Visitor or Union Officer shall be left alone with a Patient without the express permission of the Medical Superintendent. Letters and parcels to and from Patients shall pass through the hands of the Medical Superintendent, who shall deal with them as directed by Section 41 of the Lunacy Act, 1890.
